Bernadette was trained at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and has been licensed in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1990. She is practiced in Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy and sport massage. She has a broad base of clients, many of whom have been with her for over 10 years, and is experienced in dealing with a variety of health issues each day including clients with fibromyalgia, diabetes, arthritis, joint replacements, sports injuries and auto accident injuries.

Susan first started to use reflexology over 13 years ago, initially helping friends and family members with their health issues before gaining her professional certification with the International. Institute of Reflexology. Susan has also trained in several more advanced methods of European reflexology including Vertical Reflex Therapy and Alternative Reflexology Techniques.

Janet is a certified Reflexologist with over 27 years of reflexology experience. Janet first became interested in reflexology during her nursing career, when she was looking at ways to help muscle spasms in her own back. Janet has since helped many people with different health problems over the years.
